Patricia Field opens her new store

Patricia Field in her eclectic creative flair for fashion has become one of the world's most famous stylists. Patricia Field was made internationally famous through her role with Sex & the City, and has had other styling gigs including Ugly Betty, Confessions of A Shopaholic and Devil Wears Prada. The way she puts outfits together always has some element of quirk and surprise. Her creativity and daring outfits are recognisable and memorable.

She has just opened her new bigger store on the corner Bowery & Elizabeth in New York. In an interview with QueerPlanet.net, Patricia said her new store would be the “second iconic moment of her life.” Business must be going well as she moves into the bigger space however "she explained that the new, much larger space is actually the first floor of her actual home, which neighbours the old Bowery store. Don’t worry, she won’t be going far, explaining she’ll make her personal home in the unit behind the new store."

Her store seriously looks like a treasure chest of all sorts of weird and wonderful things. Yes worn altogether this could be a little too scary, but a cool piece or two in an outfit will add a fun quirk. Wouldn't you just love to have a play and see what you find.
