FootLocker Winter Campaign Shoot

This week, multi-shoots in play. FootLocker will soon be launching their WInter campaign to launch poly-fleece instore. I was lucky enough to be the stylist in charge of the shoot. Concept for the shoot channeling Beyonce hair & makeup with Gwen Stefani's attitude infulencing the vibe, posing and feel of the shoot. Campaign should be instores nationally from hopefully March. HELLO!!! WELCOME TO MY BLOG

Let's Rewind.....

I started working in fashion in a ladies fashion retail store at the early age of exactly 14 & 9months. I was so keen to work in Fashion and couldn't handle the idea working as a checkout chick or waitress. I always remember being into fashion, my mum doesn't get why I'm like I am- always dressed up & why I don't know or grasp the meaning of casual-I blame her- she tries to deny it but she was the one who dressed me in beautiful dresses, little white frill lace socks and black patent shoes for winter and white summer leather sandals for summer. She's the one who's made me obsessed with clothes.

When I finished school, I knew I was destined for fashion, through studying a Bachelor of Business in PR & Marketing I always was focused in being on the business side of fashion. Some might think fashion- what a fake industry to be in, they are the ones who just don't realise the effect of fashion on other elements of ours lives. Fashion is a very competitive multi-billion dollar industry which influences architecture, art, things as minor as the colours of the cars manufactured....it's amazing how many elements of our life that is influenced by Fashion.

Currently, I have freelanced for 2 & a half years and am eager to build my styling business, also work for a PR agency and have a millinery label called Miss ShowPony.

Welcome to my world...a whirl of Crazy Busy Fun, laughter, stress but above all fabulous fashion!!!
